Residential burglar radar
"Secure your home, be alert, dial "110"!" These are the key recommendations for all citizens in the fight against home burglars.
The Heinsberg police want people in our district to feel safe in their own homes. This includes keeping you informed about the ongoing development of burglary crime in the towns and municipalities of our district.
We provide you with overview maps in which the residential burglaries (including attempts) of the past week are recorded in the individual locations. For reasons of data protection, we do not record the exact locations of the burglary locations, i.e. the streets and house numbers.
We hope that citizens will become even more aware of the issue of burglaries when they see that there has been a break-in in their neighborhood. Among other things, we are thinking of improving door and window security, being a "vigilant neighbor" and informing your police immediately by calling the emergency number "110" if you notice anything suspicious.
