During the private sale of a smartphone on Wednesday, April 23, an unknown person sprayed an irritant in the face of a 32-year-old man from Hilfarth. The perpetrator then tried to leave the apartment building on Breite Straße with the smartphone without paying for the device. The 32-year-old managed to get his smartphone back before the perpetrator was able to leave the house. The fugitive was around 13 years old and had dark, long hair with a parting.
