Heinsberg-Dremmen - At around 3.15 p.m. on August 13 (Wednesday), a previously unknown man stole an e-scooter from a discount grocery store on Erkelenzer Straße and fled in the direction of Gladbacher Straße. He had a bald head, was between 50 and 60 years old and was wearing black trousers and a black hooded jacket.
