Garbage can set on fire

A witness observed a male person in front of a garbage can on Braunstraße on Monday (November 18) at around 9.15 pm. He could see that the man first set fire to an unknown object and then threw it into a garbage can. Shortly afterwards, the garbage can caught fire and the person ran away. The man was about 180 centimeters tall and between 20 and 30 years old. He had blond hair, was very thin and had a sunken face. As the garbage can was made of metal, no further damage was caused.
