Heinsberg - An 85-year-old woman from Heinsberg was the victim of a theft by trick on September 11 (Wednesday). She had already met a woman in a store in Heinsberg on September 10 (Tuesday). The woman had helped her to get home because of her disability and then stayed in her apartment for a short time. The next day, this woman, who called herself "Caro", turned up at her apartment again and brought bread rolls with her. The stranger had her daughter with her and wanted to have breakfast with the woman from Heinsberg. She spent part of the time in the living room with the child while the senior citizen was in the kitchen. She noticed that the stranger was apparently searching her living room. The woman left shortly afterwards under a pretext. The elderly lady then discovered that a large three-digit sum of money was missing.
The stranger was about 165 centimetres tall, around 25 to 30 years old, had black hair, said she was Italian and had a slim build. She spoke good German and wore a black scarf tied around her head. Her child was about two to three years old, female, had a pigtail tied up and was wearing a pink jacket and dark trousers.
Who has seen the woman with the child or can provide information about her identity?
