Heinsberg - On Saturday, October 26, at around 3:50 p.m., witnesses observed two people on Klostergarten Street pulling a moped out of a bush and riding off in the direction of a residential area. The vehicle was found there shortly afterwards with a damaged ignition lock and cables torn out. It was seized by the police to secure evidence. The persons observed were between 14 and 18 years old, both slim, one had black hair, was dressed in dark clothes and had a southern appearance, the other was blond, wore white outerwear and appeared European. The police have started an investigation into this crime and are therefore asking:
