A resident of Heinestraße heard a loud hissing coming from the street on Wednesday (August 7) at around 10.30 pm. When she went to check, she noticed a man running away. She also noticed that the tire of a parked car had apparently been punctured with an unknown object. The fugitive was under 30 years old, taller than 180 centimeters and had an athletic build and dark hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt.
