A 20-year-old man from Heinsberg was robbed on the Ostpromenade on October 21 (Monday). He got off a train at around 11.30 pm together with several other people. Immediately after getting off the train, four men punched the man from Heinsberg and kicked him in the stomach. They then stole his Apple cell phone, a key and a debit card and fled. The following day, he recognized one of the perpetrators at the bus station in Heinsberg and told him that he would call the police. He was then threatened by the man and beaten again. Police officers called to the scene were able to establish the offender's personal details. He is a 27-year-old from Wassenberg. The other people involved in the crime are not yet known by name. All were male and between 25 and 35 years old and are believed to be from Morocco.
