Heinsberg - At around 3.25 p.m. on Monday afternoon (February 24), a resident of Liecker Straße became aware of suspicious noises. When he went to investigate, he surprised two previously unknown male persons who had smashed the window of a car with a stone, probably to get at a handbag that was in the vehicle. The car was parked in a restricted parking lot. From there, the perpetrators fled on foot towards the hospital after being surprised.
Both were 15 to 25 years old. One was wearing greenish trousers, a black jacket and a black cap. His accomplice was wearing gray trousers, a beige jacket and a beige baseball cap.
