Geilenkirchen-Immendorf - Unknown perpetrators threw a pumpkin from a bridge on the Auf dem Göß road onto Bundessstraße 56 at around 9.05 pm on Sunday evening (22 December) and hit the car of a 40-year-old man from Geilenkirchen who was driving on the B 56 from Aldenhoven in the direction of Heinsberg.
The car driver managed to stop safely a few meters further on at the side of the road. The man's vehicle was damaged. The police are now looking for the perpetrator or perpetrators.
