Heinsberg - A 43-year-old woman parked her car in the parking lot of a discount grocery store on Humboldtstraße on Monday (March 3). Her two children were waiting in the vehicle. When the woman from Heinsberg returned to her car shortly afterwards at around 1.45 p.m., she noticed a previously unknown male person who took a cell phone from the interior through an open car window and fled. The thief was around 165 to 170 centimetres tall, dressed in black, wearing white shoes and had shoulder-length hair.
